We care about our customers and strive to make your experience with us perfect. You can reach our dispatch at 705-941-0477 7 days a week from 6am-11pm. If you have a limo/party bus booked for after hours you will have a number directly to your driver or

management member.

CANCELATION POLICY:

All Limousines/Party Buses require a $250 down payment which is NON

REFUNDABLE with balance to be paid 1 week in advance of booking date.

Any private car service booked prior to 48 hours in advance require 50% down payment which is NON REFUNDABLE and paid in full within 48 hours.

Any limo/party buses cancelled within 1 week of service incur a 100% cancellation fee on the total amount as balance has already been paid.

Any private cars booked within 48 hours of services must be paid in full and is NON REFUNDABLE.

Conference transportation requires a NON REFUNDABLE 50% down payment of quoted rate to lock in service.
